FoD Flow is the 2nd step on our mountain bike coaching program and develops the skills and techniques visited during our Core Skills course. The coaching day aims to help you build confidence riding red trails and one-dot downhill tracks as well.
This coaching session is 5 hours in duration, starting at 11 am, but please be ready to ride at 10.45 am.
Topics covered during the course include:
- Cornering including berms
- Weight shift techniques
- Effective braking
- Pumping the trail
- Small drops
- Line choice
