Coaching and Guiding Days

Our Coach and Ride days are simple. A full morning of coaching, break for lunch and then head back out for a guided ride where we have selected locations that will help embed the techniques from the morning coaching session.

We combine the mixture of learning new skills and exploring new tracks here in the fabulous Forest of Dean.

  • Coaching: Fundamentals
  • Guided Ride: A guided ride to embed the skills from the AM coaching session
  • Time: 9.30-12.30 pm and 1.30-3:30 pm with an hour for a leisurely lunch.
  • Limitations: Max. six riders per group
This day is the best of both worlds!

  • Location: Meet at Pedalabikeaway at the Forest of Dean Cycle Centre

This is an adults (18+)  course, however 16-18 year olds can attend if there is an adult accompanying them on the course.
