E – Flow is the 2nd step on our mountain bike coaching program but looks at E-Bike coaching specifically. The course develops the skills and techniques visited during our Core Skills course, you are able to access this E Flow Course directly. The coaching day aims to help you build confidence riding red trails and one-dot downhill tracks.
There is a maximum of six participants for the session.
This coaching session is 5 hours in duration, starting at 10 am, but please be ready to ride at 9.45 am. Lunch is also included.

- Cornering including berms
- Weight shift techniques
- Batteries of E-bikes
- Effective braking
- Pumping the trail
- Small drops
- Line choice
