E – Flow is the 2nd step on our mountain bike coaching program but looks at E-Bike coaching specifically. The course develops the skills and techniques visited during our Core Skills course, you are able to access this E – Flow Course directly.

In small learning groups, we’ll cover a variety of areas to help you build your confidence while using video analysis.

Don’t own your own E-Bike? we have teamed up with Pedalabikeaway and can hire a E-Bike for the course, your bike will be charged over lunch and ready to go for the 2nd part of the day

Description

E – Flow is the 2nd step on our mountain bike coaching program but looks at E-Bike coaching specifically. The course develops the skills and techniques visited during our Core Skills course, you are able to access this E Flow Course directly. The coaching day aims to help you build confidence riding red trails and one-dot downhill tracks as well.

There is a maximum of six participants for the session.

This coaching session is 5 hours in duration, starting at 10 am, but please be ready to ride at 9.45 am. Lunch is also included.

Topics covered during the course include:

  • E bike setup
  • Cornering including berms
  • Weight shift techniques
  • Drop-offs
  • Batteries of E-bikes
  • Effective braking
  • Pumping the trail
  • Small drops
  • Line choice
