The aim of ‘Finding your Feet: Core Skills’ mountain bike coaching session is to tackle the fundamentals of mountain biking. The course introduces skills such as body position on the bike, braking, gears and understanding the trail centre environment. Throughout the session, your coach will make use of a number of mountain bike specific coaching zones around the trail centre.
