The course runs from 10.30am – 3pm, and is run by Amanda – the founder of Ladies Do Downhill.
The day starts with a check of bike and equipment before heading out onto the trail to look at some fundamental skills.
We will then progress onto the trail network, the level of riding at this point will be determined by the group – however it is anticipated that we will select one of the downhill tracks and spend time sessioning it. You need to be confident to ride a 1 dot down hill trail.
Lunch – Lunch is included in the package, please let WyeMTB know if you have any specific dietary needs. After lunch we head back out onto the downhill track where we will re-examine the trickier sections followed by spending time completing full runs of the selected downhill track.
