School & College Mountain Bike Programmes

At WyeMTB, we specialise in delivering engaging, educational, and professionally managed mountain bike experiences for schools, colleges, universities, and youth organisations throughout the Forest of Dean.

Whether you’re looking for a one-off enrichment day, outdoor education activity, team-building experience, leadership development programme, or a multi-week coaching course, we can create a bespoke package tailored to the needs of your students.

Led by highly qualified British Cycling coaches, guides, and educators, our sessions provide opportunities for young people to develop confidence, resilience, communication, teamwork, leadership, and practical cycling skills in a safe and supportive outdoor environment.

We offer both half-day (3-hour) and full-day (6-hour) programmes, with activities ranging from mountain bike coaching and guided rides to bike maintenance workshops and leadership development sessions.

All sessions are based at the Forest of Dean Cycle Centre unless otherwise arranged. Mountain bikes and helmets can be hired directly from Pedalabikeaway, making participation simple and accessible for schools and colleges.

All WyeMTB coaches and guides hold recognised British Cycling Coaching and Leadership Awards and are DBS checked, safeguarding trained, fully insured, and qualified in 16-hour Outdoor First Aid.
